The National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) is accredited by the Department for Education (DfE). The qualification is delivered by the Outstanding Leaders Partnership (OLP), a collaborative partnership of schools, teaching school alliances and multi-academy trusts, managed and supported by Best Practice Network.
NPQH focuses on the key skills needed for Headship and meets the highest standards for leadership development anywhere in the world.
Our teaching school holds the NPQH face to face days at Keswick School or the Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership Conference Centre, Penrith. We have one intake a year in the autumn term. We are recruiting now for Autumn term 2019. If we do not recruit enough delegates locally, successful applicants may need to join another group based in the North of England.
